Powertrain
A lift truck has to be tough enough to last for many hours of heavy operation in extreme settings. These machinery need to be able to move loads efficiently and fast while still being ergonomic to the operator. The dependable, rugged Yale powertrain offers excellent durability through its state of the art clutch packs, computer controlled transmission and engine and extremely robust gears and shafts. The engine, transmission, drive axle and steer axle are all isolated in order to reduce noise and vibration in the operator's compartment.
Electrical
The lift truck's electrical system is responsible for connecting the major nerve centers of the truck together. Hence, the electrical system within the lift truck should be really durable and reliable for the most demanding wet/dry and cold/hot operations. There is much sophistication needed in order to control truck functionality.
Yale trucks are recognized for delivering dependable electronics. The Yale CANbus electrical system employs digital technology and reduces wiring and reduces electrical connections too. This results in improved reliability and remarkable serviceability.
Hydraulics
The hydraulics are the forklift's "muscles". They provide the necessary force required to lift heavy loads during the entirety of a long shift. All Yale trucks feature industrial grade hydraulic parts. Several of these parts consist of: heavy-duty hydraulic valves, leak resistant O-ring face seal fittings, long lasting tilt and hoist cylinders, and fine micron filters. The control valve has been strategically positioned in order to prolong component life by lessening exposure to heat sources.
Yale's diesel forklifts provide extreme reliability and are recognized for withstanding harsh working situations and coming out on top. These equipment have been constructed in such a precise manner that attention to detail has been taken into account in order to keep the operator as comfortable as they can be.
